I had to pay $11.80 to return my product. After 48 days and 23 emails, they finally refunded $39.99 of the $48.98 I paid. This company is one hundred percent a scam.

I ordered shorts, which were too large. I was promised a new shipment of the right size, providing I provided I paid a new shipping fee, which I did. After 3 months of promises and receiving nothing, I have file fraud charges with the FTC and BBB.

I ordered 2 packs on a buy 10 get 10 free 4XL briefs and received a package of small and a package of medium. I contacted the company via email and they told me to keep the two packages and if I wanted the correct size I had to pay shipping on top of paying for the new correct packages after I paid for the wrong ones.

This company is a fraud!

Now I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an order that took weeks to arrive. I ordered my normal size, and they are at least 2 sizes too small.

Now they are scamming me by not offering a replacement without an expense to me.

Likewise, they will not offer anything but a partial refund. What a scam!

The boxers are too small; definitely not true to size! This company is a joke!

I was playing a game and saw a commercial for Box Hero. It said, 'Buy 5, get 5 free.' I had a hard time getting the merchandise; they said they couldn't deliver.

I sent an email complaining about not getting the product.

I finally got the product, but I only received 5 pairs, not 5 plus 5 free. Lousy way to con people into buying.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.

All my clothes are XL.

I ordered XL underwear; they would barely fit a baby, that's how off the sizing is.

I returned items at my cost and never heard from them again, going on 4 months of hundreds of my emails with no reply.

If one thing you get from reading this:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOXHERO.

Never responded to my emails. I told them I never ordered the 2nd box, no answer.

Tried numerous times, no response.

Then they said they shipped it. I waited another two weeks; it arrived when I told them 5 times I never ordered the 2nd box.

Do the right thing and send me the size I ordered or full refund instead of having someone email me with same question over n over with no resolution.

They are selling what they call boxers but they are so short they really should be called trucks. Their size runs small.

They say you can return them unused unworn but they make it very difficult or really impossible. You have to pay shipping on the return and they recommend shipping with tracking. It honestly will cost more in shipping then to but the product again.

But please dont waste you money on this garbage. I claim false advertising!

I bought 5 pair and got 5 pair free. They are very comfortable.cool to wear, look good and the band dont roll.

I ordered the 5 for 5, 2XL, and it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive because it had to come from China. When they finally arrived, they were about 3 sizes too small. I can't wear them, and the email for customer service no longer works, so I guess I'll donate them to someone that can use them.
